There is a building in the North Carolina mountains that I would consider to be a castle, it is the Castle Inn on English Knob. I do not know if you are aware of this place and do not consider it a castle or if you do not have any awareness of it at all. They do have a web site, but I am not sure of the address, maybe it would be worth looking into.
